Stephen is the Head of Pricing at Kia Europe. He leads, oversees and coordinates the new car pricing process along with all Kia EU Pricing strategies and initiatives. This includes competitor monitoring and analysis, transfer price setting, price calculation and profitability analysis, digitalization of pricing tools, process optimization and overseeing a team of international Pricing Managers.   

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (California) and an MBA from the Georg-Simon-Management Institute in Nuremberg Germany.
